The Club

 

Bandza Football Club was born on April 17, 2026. Its name originates from a unique village in Samegrelo, where Ilia Chavchavadze once said: "I came to Samegrelo and I saw Georgia - great Georgia!"

 

Bandza was founded by individuals passionate about football and sports, whose intention is to awaken and nurture the immense dormant talent within the region and across the entire country. Our task is ambitious yet realistic - well-conceived, meticulously developed, prepared in stages and designed for long-term results.

 

Women's Team

 

Bandza FC is, first and foremost, a women’s team. Its goal is to become one of the leading forces in League 1 within the next three years, competing for titles and representing Georgia with dignity in European tournaments. The squad is currently in an active phase of formation and will be bolstered by leading Georgian and international players. Our official adventure will begin in the spring of 2027, starting from Women's League 2.

 

Academy and School

 

This is where girls and boys aged 7-16 will take their first steps on the football pitch and master all the essential skills required of an athlete. Our aspiration is for the graduates of the Academy to become the core of the main team. Negotiations regarding cooperation are currently underway with the academies of several leading European clubs, which will aid in the development and refinement of the Bandza talent factory.

 

Men's Team

 

The strategic focus of Bandza is women's football. The establishment of a men's team will be placed on the agenda gradually, in line with the club's overall growth and infrastructural development. This will primarily be supported by the training and development of young boys within the aforementioned school and academy.

 

Coaches

 

The club's coaching staff consists of qualified specialists for whom the multifaceted development of each player is a priority. Our instructors utilize modern teaching methodologies aimed at technical-tactical perfection, creative thinking and discipline. Coaches also serve as "mentors" to the children, helping them grow into individuals of high integrity.

 

Administration

 

The management of Bandza FC consists of successful persons with years of experience across various fields. It serves as a bridge between the fans and the club's objectives, ensuring the smooth functioning of every aspect of the organization. Beyond professional qualities, the management is dedicated to caring for the players, their families and local community.
